These Terms and Conditions („Terms“) govern the use of the Jobo mobile application („App“) provided by Култ Гурме Кетъринг ЕООД („Company“). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
- Ordering Process:
The App is designed for making orders exclusively at the Jobo restaurant located in Capital Fort building.
Users can select desired food items, customize ingredients if necessary, and confirm the order.
Once confirmed, the order is sent to the restaurant for execution.
Users will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.
- Payment:
The App does not provide any payment options. All payments for orders are to be settled directly at the Jobo restaurant.
- Promo Codes:
Promo codes are personal and can only be obtained from the company you work for.
To avail of discounts, users must enter valid promo codes during the ordering process.
The Company reserves the right to modify or revoke promo codes at its discretion.
- User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the order details and any customization made using the App.
Users are prohibited from using the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Notifications:
Users will receive notifications regarding the status of their orders, including when the order is ready for pickup.
- Privacy:
The Company values user privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
- Intellectual Property:
The App and its content are the property of Култ Гурме Кетъринг ЕООД and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Modifications:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without notice.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
- Governing Law:
– These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
